Our Inclement Weather Policy
Judging by the amount of snow that has already fallen in the D.C. area this winter, I think Punxsutawney Phil might be right in his prediction of another six, long weeks of cold weather! We thought this would be an appropriate time to inform you of our Inclement Weather Policy:
If an appointment must be canceled or changed due to inclement weather less than twenty four hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, the $45.00 cancellation fee will be waived. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment during inclement weather is at the discretion of the client and The Art of Health, LLC.
Your safety is our main concern, so please feel free to reschedule your appointment if you feel unsafe traveling in snowy or icy conditions, and we will do the same. If we must cancel your appointment, you will be notified by phone or via e-mail and will have the opportunity to reschedule on a designated makeup date, or a future date that suits you better.
