Whether you are seeking pain relief or just looking to relax, you will be in good hands. Our bodyworkers use a combination of massage modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point/Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Acupressure and Reiki.


If you’re looking for knowledge and guidance to support your health goals, you’ve come to the right place. We offer comprehensive, personalized nutrition services that focus on the whole person. Our practitioners will work with you using an evidence-based approach to move you toward your most optimal state of well-being.

We currently offer one-on-one sessions as an add-on to your massage or Reiki session, small group yoga sessions and workshops.
